You can browse Tech Dev Notes without an account. We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate traffic. It does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not sell or share your data with ad networks.
If you subscribe to app alerts, we store the email address you provide in order to send those messages. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email or your account settings, which removes your address.
If you create an account (email magic link or an OAuth provider such as Google, GitHub, or Apple), we store your email and a session token so we can keep you signed in and power your watchlist and alerts. We do not receive your provider password.
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and security. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
You can export or delete your account data from your account page, or reach us at @techdevnotes for any data request.
