Alpha release that adds the gpt-5.6-pro model, two new environment variables for certificate profiles and sandbox networking, and moves the release channel to alpha.

Under the hood

  • Added internal types and event variants to support new client messaging, resource handling, and permission profile flows.
  • Introduced a skills discovery loader in the core crate.
  • Removed several legacy internal modules related to exec server framing, turn runtime handling, and older announcement and execution payloads.
