Patch release with prompt refinements, new environment variables for plugin syncing and design tooling, and removal of one keybinding.

Models & prompts

The model-facing instructions for plan mode, focus mode, ambient context handling, and user rejection messages received minor wording updates to improve clarity and consistency during long-running tasks.

  • Added five new environment variables: CLAUDE_CODE_ALTGR_AS_TEXT, CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_DESIGN_MCP, CLAUDE_CODE_OTEL_DIAG_STDERR, CLAUDE_CODE_SYNC_PLUGINS_BUFFERED_DOWNLOAD, and CLAUDE_CODE_SYNC_PLUGINS_DOWNLOAD_STALL_MS.
  • Added backend route /v1/design/mcp.
  • Several new internal Statsig feature gates were introduced.
