Patch release that adds a sleep tool and updates several internal environment variables and data models.

  • [new] Added a sleep tool handler for pausing execution during agent runs.
  • [changed] Adjusted the set of supported CODEX_* environment variables, adding CODEX_CLOUD_TASKS_FORCE_INTERNAL, CODEX_SANDBOX_NETWORK_DISABLED1R, and CODEX_THI while removing CODEX_CLOUD_TASKS_FORCE_INTERNALSOCKS5 and CODEX_HOME1.

Under the hood

  • Introduced supporting types for file change notifications, GitHub pull request data, patch approvals, rate-limit summaries, and sleep arguments.
  • Updated several event and notification payloads, including new variants for client messages, thread items, and tool call summaries.
  • Bumped version metadata and refreshed the workspace lockfile.
