Patch release with internal protocol updates, new subsystems for time handling and event processing, an environment variable rename, and removal of hierarchical agents documentation.

  • [removed] Removed the section on hierarchical agents messaging and the child_agents_md feature flag from AGENTS.md documentation.

Under the hood

  • Added internal modules for v2 thread protocol handling, current time queries in the app server, core skills root loading, JSONL event output processing, and TUI token chart palette support.
  • Refactored data models, events, enums, and payloads across agent identity, MCP tool calls, thread management, patch approvals, and related server requests.
