Patch release with refinements to internal event processing and data models.

Under the hood

Replaced the previous thread event handling module with a dedicated event processor that supports JSONL output. Cleaned up and updated numerous internal serde structs, enums, and typed payloads as part of ongoing data model maintenance. Added Ackevent client event.

Review any scripts or automation that reference the retired CODEX_CLOUD_TASKS_FORCE_INTERNALSOCKS5 variable.
