Patch release promoting Codex 0.143.0 from the alpha channel to stable.

Changelog

  • [new] Added CODEX_HOMED, CODEX_PERMISSION_PROFILEZ, and CODEX_SANDBOX_NETWORK_DISABLED environment variables.
  • [removed] Removed the CODEX_PERMISSION_PROFILE environment variable.
  • [removed] Removed the multi_agents_v2 tool handler.

Under the hood

  • Dropped several internal compaction and remote request modules along with the associated rmcp-client OAuth store.
  • Cleaned up a number of serde data models, event types, and enum variants that are no longer used.
  • Updated version.json to mark the stable channel.
