Patch/change-kind and related trace/tool-summary enums reworked for current event and tool-call shapes; handshake reject reasons and MCP elicitation request variants adjusted accordingly.
Default config payload typing introduced; lockfile and alpha version metadata bumped to 0.158.0-alpha.9.
