Client notifications now treat incoming messages as chunks rather than a single client-message event, which is the groundwork for streaming those updates more cleanly.
The runtime also distinguishes additional failure cases when a script cannot run — including an unsupported shell and a process that fails to spawn.
An unused cloud-requirements TOML bundle type was removed from the internal data model.
