Patch release: stable channel promoted to 3.9.16 on all platforms.

Changelog

  • [changed] Stable track now serves 3.9.16 for darwin-arm64, darwin-x64, linux-arm64, linux-x64, win32-arm64, and win32-x64.

Availability

All stable channels on macOS, Linux, and Windows now deliver 3.9.16.
