Product update (IDE remains 3.13.21): introducing Cursor Start, a ₹649/month India plan with local pricing and UPI.

Changelog

  • [new] Cursor Start — a ₹649 monthly plan for developers in India, with local pricing (INR, tax inclusive) and payment via UPI or card; available from July 28, 2026
  • [new] Start includes generous access to Cursor models (Grok 4.5 and Composer), always-on cloud agents, Cursor for iOS with remote control, and plugins, MCP servers, hooks, and skills
  • [new] Existing Free users in India can upgrade from the dashboard; new users in India can select Start during signup at cursor.com/signup
  • [removed] Standalone 3.9 changelog entry for the Cursor Mobile App for iOS public beta (coverage folded into the Start plan announcement)

Availability

Cursor Start is available to users in India from July 28, 2026. IDE latest and stable tracks remain on 3.13.21 for this build.

Upgrade notes

Existing Free users in India who want Start should upgrade from the dashboard. New users in India can choose Start during onboarding. Start bills monthly with auto-renewal.
