New docs for X Ads MCP, which connects AI tools to the X Ads API:

  • /x-ads-api/mcp — overview, server capabilities, and get-started steps (register an Ads App ID, connect an LLM, and test). Includes setup guidance for Claude Code, Grok (web), Grok Build (CLI), and user access tokens for curl/custom agents.
  • /x-ads-api/mcp/reference — API reference guide for the MCP surface.

The Ads API introduction (/x-ads-api/introduction) now links to X Ads MCP from the tools section.

X API v2 — Activity

Broadcast activity coverage is expanded:

  • /x-api/activity/introduction — broadcast events table now includes broadcast.start and broadcast.end, noted as public events (app-only or user-context auth). broadcast.chat remains private (broadcast.read).
  • /x-api/activity/event-payloads — full example payloads for broadcast.start and broadcast.end (host user, broadcast id/title/language, timing, thumbnail, and state).

X API v2 — Media

  • /x-api/media/upload-media — page title and summary clarified: upload returns identifiers including media_key; categories cover posts/ads, DMs, and subtitles; Ads accounts can register the key via create_media_library_item for campaign use.

Enterprise

  • /enterprise/customer-directory — added Vista Social to the customer directory.
