New: Conversion API with Google Tag Manager (/x-ads-api/measurement/gtm-server-side)

Added a full setup guide for the official X Ads Conversion API tag in a Google Tag Manager server container. Covers prerequisites, Pixel ID and access token collection, server container setup, event parameter mapping, identifier matching, deduplication with Pixel, Preview testing, and publish steps.

X API v2 — Batch Compliance

Docs for Batch Compliance were substantially rewritten around the current job flow (signed URLs on api.x.com, Bearer auth on upload/download, job lifecycle, and result actions).

  • Endpoint table now includes cancel, upload, and download.
  • Compliance events reframed as action + reason (including rehydrate / tweet_edited and scrub_geo / geo_scrubbed for Posts).

Quickstart (/x-api/compliance/batch-compliance/quickstart)

  • Example upload_url / download_url values now use api.x.com paths with expiry fields.
  • Upload and download curl examples require Authorization: Bearer.
  • Notes on one active job per type, 15-minute upload / ~7-day download windows, invalid ID error records, and result actions.
  • New Cancel a job section (DELETE /2/compliance/jobs/:id).

Integration guide (/x-api/compliance/batch-compliance/integrate)

  • Replaced the older resumable GCS upload guide with sections on signed URLs, job lifecycle, single-PUT uploads (up to 1 GiB), interpreting results, error handling, and best practices.
  • Documents migration detail: upload/download URLs require the App Bearer token in addition to the embedded URL token.

X API v2 — Activity

Event payloads (/x-api/activity/event-payloads)

  • Like event docs and examples now include liking_user_id.
  • Sample payload URLs updated from twitter.com to x.com.

Account Activity introduction (/x-api/account-activity/introduction)

  • Example expanded/display URLs updated to x.com.

Search operators (/x-api/posts/search/integrate/operators)

  • url: operator example updated to https://developer.x.com.

X for Websites

Web Intents overview (/x-for-websites/web-intents/overview)

  • Widget script and intent link examples use platform.x.com and x.com/intent/….
  • Inline intent handler regex accepts both x.com and twitter.com.
