Voice Agent (Audio)

  • Added a new Telephony Providers section to the Voice Agent guide. It covers Direct SIP configuration for routing calls to sip.voice.x.ai, including step-by-step instructions for Twilio, Telnyx, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Calling, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Amazon Chime SDK, Amazon Connect, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, and generic SIP setups.
  • Minor heading update for the parallel initialization latency guidance.

Advanced API Usage

  • Added a Python code example (using the xAI SDK) to the Priority Processing page, demonstrating how to set service_tier: "priority" and read the returned tier.
