New pages

• Added /developers/grok-4-5 with overview, API usage, and deployment details for the new model.

Models

• Updated all references across documentation from grok-4.3 and grok-build-0.1 to grok-4.5.
• Revised model selection guidance to recommend Grok 4.5 for chat and code use cases.
• Removed dedicated Grok Build and older Grok 4.3 model links.

Pricing

• /developers/models and /developers/pricing now state that model pricing is loaded dynamically.
• Removed static pricing tables for Chat API, Code API, Imagine, and Voice endpoints.

Reasoning

• Updated /developers/model-capabilities/text/reasoning for Grok 4.5: reasoning_effort defaults to "high" and cannot be disabled.
• Removed "none" option and adjusted table of settings.

API examples and tools

• Updated code samples, cURL commands, and SDK snippets on 40+ pages (including generate-text, web-search, x-search, file handling, structured outputs, context compaction, citations, and advanced usage) to use grok-4.5.
• Updated recommended model notes in chat-with-files and related capability pages.

Release notes

• Added July section documenting Grok 4.5 on the release notes page.
