Updated guidance on /bot/marketplace/bots/import-bot:

  • Admin-cap fallback is now a zip via Drive or email (plus accounts), not a fallback script.
  • New experts are created when the user taps Set them up, not automatically after the plan table.
  • Handoff packets use a priority SendToAgent pointer; import confirms each expert from its files before the receipt and no longer waits on replies.
  • Shared user memory caps tightened (≤16 profile facts at 150 chars; ≤5 log facts at 200), with originals kept in pack/memories.md.
