Users can chat, upload images, send voice notes, create images, and use many languages; optional ChatGPT account linking raises limits. Rollout depends on WhatsApp number country code and may be gradual; usage limits apply. Notes also restate availability on Kakao (South Korea) and Viber (supported markets).
