Nav / search / composer tuning

• Dropped navlink experiment knobs (max_navlinks, navlinks_count, navlinks_layout, navlinks_target) and newsTabEnabled.
• Also removed safe-search-default, cache/fetch knobs (gcTimeMs, staleTimeMs, optimistic_fetch, retry, on-side-chat-ready), and numWords.
• Added: max_message_attachment_size_mb, homework_helper_v2_prompt_key, recommendation_source, tooltip_copy_variant.

Routes, sitemap, robots

• App routes: added :detailId, :lang?/email, :section; removed archived plus :lang?/atlas and :lang?/atlas/get-started.
• Sitemap lists /atlas, /atlas/get-started, and /images/prompt/dorm_redesign; robots drops /atlas allows and tightens /maps allow rules — treat Atlas as surface thrash, not a launch.
• Maps crawl allows expanded (/maps$, /*/maps$).

Gates / configs (opaque)

• Statsig: −9 gates net (−12 / +3), −2 dynamic configs net (−3 / +1), layers flat ( −2 / +2 ); +1 hashed active experiment id.
