Scheduled tasks — webhooks + sharing (help article)
- ChatGPT Work scheduled tasks can trigger on app webhooks: new Gmail messages, Slack channel messages (add @ChatGPT to monitored channels), and GitHub PR activity. Plus/Pro on web, iOS, Android; approval-gated actions still pause for review.
- Free/Go/Plus/Pro can share tasks; recipients customize instructions/schedule, connect their own apps, and run an independent copy (webhook copies need Work + their own connections).
- Free: up to 3 active tasks; once or ≤ daily via flexible windows. Free/Go cannot create webhook-triggered tasks.
ChatGPT Work — signed-in website tasks
- Work browser (web + mobile) can complete tasks on sites that require sign-in: surfaces login for the user, supports password managers and security codes, keeps session for later tasks. Credentials are not visible to the model, not trained on, and not stored by ChatGPT.
