  • Shipped (release note, 2026-09-14): New Health plugin connections now default to the user’s global plugins permission. Unchanged Plugins settings keep the default Allow low-risk actions—ChatGPT may use connected Health data when relevant without per-turn prompts, except for sensitive actions.
