Surface instrumentation (not a product launch)
Web client now bootstraps a full Statsig catalog instead of a thin flag set: readable flags 52 → 2242, plus +459 gates, +168 dynamic configs, +283 layers. Treat as exposure/bootstrap thrash (bootstrap_statsig_on_server / client consume paths), not ~2k features shipping.
High-signal names now visible in catalog (gated; not declared live)
Grouped by theme from newly readable parameters only:
