Protected Git Scopes

  • Documented across Teams dashboard, Enterprise settings, Cloud Agent security, GitHub, and GitLab integrations. Team admins can now lock Git organizations, groups, or namespaces to their Cursor organization, restricting Cloud Agents, automations, and Bugbot to approved repositories only.

Cloud Agent Automations

  • Added /automate skill for creating automations from local agent sessions via natural language.
  • New GitHub triggers: Issue comment, PR review comment, PR review submitted, Review thread updated, Workflow run completed.
  • New Slack trigger: Emoji reaction.
  • Pull request creation tool now enabled by default for repo-backed automations.
  • Updated creation flow and activation steps.

Agent Terminal Tools

  • Removed Dotfile Protection setting.
