July 13, 2026 changelog: Documented plugin marketplace management from the shell (agent plugin marketplace add/list/update/remove, including --git-ref and --format json).
MCP: Duplicate remote MCP server configs across scopes now share one instance; choose the winning scope from the Configure Scope tab in /mcp.
Usage:/usage now shows included-usage meters (Auto and API), on-demand spend, plan name, billing-cycle reset, and enterprise pooled spend charts.
Models: Max Mode no longer stays on after leaving a Max-only variant; MAX indicator restored in the prompt bar. /model refetches the catalog if the initial fetch timed out.
Permissions: New Auto-Accept Web Search permission (autoAcceptWebSearch / Permissions in /config), off by default.
Approvals & trust: Shell approval skip is now “Skip & tell the agent what to do instead” with a composer; worktree setup from .cursor/worktrees.json runs only after workspace trust.
Reliability: Faster chat resume, retries for transient network/DNS errors, subagent recovery from checkpoints, safer auto-update cleanup for running sessions, and /btw fixes in long sessions.
