Organizations — identity provider merge: Docs clarify that merging a team IDP into the org default is optional; keep a separate team IDP when needed (e.g. a team’s own Okta). Merge is started from the ⋯ menu on the team IDP card. A confirmation dialog checks prerequisites (such as disconnecting SCIM or verifying default SSO coverage) and that the merge can’t be undone. While the background merge runs, the card shows a Merging… badge and settings stay locked until it finishes.
