Spec-conformant Agent Plugins (plugin.json at the plugin root; skills and MCP servers) load in Cursor without changes; Cursor Plugins (.cursor-plugin/plugin.json) still support rules, agents, commands, hooks, and variables.
Plugin reference updated with dual-format layout, manifest locations, and links to the Agent Plugins spec (agent-plugins.org / GitHub).
